For the green smoothie
- 10 ice cubes
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 2 cups packed fresh spinach
- 15 leaves mint
- 1 banana
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cups coconut water
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp matcha powder optional
- 1 tsp lime juice
For the raspberry smoothie
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 banana
- 1 cup coconut water
Place all ingredients for the green smoothie into high powered blender in order listed.
Blend until smooth and fill three large glasses to 2/3.

Blend until smooth, top up glasses, and serve immediately!
