- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 4 oz Smoked Salmon
- 2 Tbsp Creme Fraiche or sour cream
- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice or lemon juice
- 1 tsp fresh dill
- Salt and Pepper
Put all ingredients into a food processor.
Mix everything together for a few seconds until smooth.
Season with a little bit of salt and pepper.
Serve with bread and/or veggies (e.g. sweet peppers, celery, tomatoes, cucumber).
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
