- 1 cauliflower head about 2 1/4 pound
- 3 cloves garlic finely minced
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and lightly oil a large baking sheet or line it with aluminum foil.
Wash, trim and cut the cauliflower into small florets and transfer to a large bowl.
Add minced garlic, drizzle over lemon juice, and olive oil. Toss to coat.
Spread into an even layer on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, turning the cauliflower once. It should be golden brown and tender, test with a fork for doneness.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower before serving.
