Air Fryer French Fries
Crispy Air Fryer French Fries are made with just a small amount of oil but taste super delicious! You will never use your deep fryer again because making fries in the Air Fryer saves calories without sacrificing taste and crispiness.
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1 Tbsp peanut oil or olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
Peel and cut the potatoes into 3/8-by-3/8-inch batons.
Put them in a bowl with cold water and two cups ice cubes for at least 30 minutes. Drain them and pat them dry with kitchen paper.
Preheat the Airfryer to 360°F (182°C).
Combine potatoes and oil in a large bowl and toss to coat. Transfer them to the Airfryer basket. Set the timer for 25 minutes.
Every 5 minutes slide out the basket and shake the french fries.
Fry until the time is up and the fries are golden brown. Season to taste with salt or french fry seasoning and serve immediately.
