How to cook bacon in the Air Fryer! This is the best way to make perfectly crispy bacon - so easy and less mess than on the stove or in the oven.

- 12 oz bacon
- slice of bread to soak up fat
Preheat Air Fryer to 360 F.
Put a piece of bread or a little bit of water in the pan of the air fryer that catches the grease (not the basket) to prevent smoking.
Put bacon in a single layer in the Air Fryer basket. Depending on your Air Fryer, you can make about 4 slices at a time. It’s ok if the bacon goes up the sides of the basket because it will shrink.
Cook at 360 degrees F for 9 minutes. Check bacon for crispiness, and cook for 1-2 minutes more if needed. If you didn’t preheat, the cooking time will be 1-2 minutes longer.
Empty the grease before making another batch.
