Gorgonzola Cream Cheese Spread

Gorgonzola Cream Cheese Spread is super easy to make, packed with flavor, and great as a dip with crackers or spread on your favorite bread!
Prep Time2 minutes
Total Time2 minutes
Course: Appetizer
Cuisine: American
Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 4 oz Gorgonzola Cheese (Note 1)
  • 2 tbsp Creme Fraiche (optional)
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients into a food processor or use an immersion blender.
  • Mix everything together for a few seconds until smooth. Don't mix too long because the dip would get runny.
  • Season with a little bit of salt and pepper.
  • Serve with bread and veggies (e.g., sweet peppers, celery, tomatoes, cucumber). The dip keeps fresh in an airtight container in the fridge for a few days.

Notes

Note 1: Use your favorite Gorgonzola or Blue Cheese. I like to use Gorgonzola Dolce which is milder and less sharp than normal Gorgonzola.
