Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops about 1/2-inch thick
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs roughly crushed by hand if very large
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp minced fresh sage leaves about 10 leaves
  • 1/2 tsp salt plus more for seasoning meat
  • 1/4 tsp pepper plus more for seasoning meat
  • Olive Oil Spray

Instructions

  • Preheat Air Fryer to 390 degrees F. Season pork with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • You need three shallow bowls. Add flour to the first bowl, beat eggs in the second bowl, and combine panko bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and minced sage in the third. Season panko mixture with salt and pepper.
  • Dredge pork chops in flour, shake off excess. Then transfer to egg bowl and coat both sides, let excess egg drip off. Transfer to bread crumb mixture, scoop crumbs over the pork and gently press them onto the meat. Turn and repeat until you have a good layer of bread crumbs. Spray pork chops with olive oil spray on both sides.
  • Transfer pork chops to the Air Fryer basket in a single layer. Air Fry for 8-10 minutes, until the meat has reached an internal temperature of 145 degrees F and is golden brown, flipping them once after 5 minutes. Let pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
