Easy 1-Minute Feta Cheese Dip
This easy 1-minute Feta Cheese Dip is my go-to recipe when I need something to bring to a barbecue or to make if time is short and you want something tasty as a snack.

- 8 oz sour cream
- 8 oz feta cheese
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and Pepper
Put all the ingredients (except salt and pepper) in a food processor and process until combined. You can also use an immersion blender or your Thermomix. If you don't have any of these things just crumble the feta cheese and mix everything together with a fork.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with fresh bread, sliced carrots or crackers.
