Air Fryer Cauliflower

Air Fryer Cauliflower is crispy, delicious, and ready to eat in under 20 minutes! Make this recipe as an easy side or a snack with your favorite dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower head cut into florets, about 4 cups
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil or more
  • 1-2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice about half a lemon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Freshly grated parmesan to serve (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat Air Fryer to 400 F.
  • In a large bowl combine cauliflower with vegetable oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer to Air Fryer Basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, until tender and tops are lightly brown.
  • Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese just before serving.

Notes

Leftovers: Leftovers will keep in the fridge stored in an air-tight container for up to three days. Tastes great cold on a salad or as a snack with some dip.
